He works full-time as a Track Driver

for more than 15 years.


He is looking to lose 10-20lbs of body fat but he just feels he ​is going deeper & deeper into a well.

He tried going to the gym by himself with

no results, He struggled staying on a routine using the ​smallest excuses to not

go to the gym. So slowly he is putting on more weight with ​his fitness declining gradually as time goes by.

even having trouble sleeping and pains all over his body, ​Just getting the feeling of getting old. Frustration came ​deeper and deeper into the well.

MY STORY

My name is Jason. I'm 49 years old and my story really began just before pandemic

(cov-19) started. At that time I was weighing 196lbs and in under six weeks I went down

to 165lbs. To tell you the truth I have always been a sporty person but when you get to

my age you’ll begin noticing that no matter what you do, you won’t get any results. So I

started going to my local boxing gym with a few friends but after 2 weeks the COVID

struck humanity. First there were minor restrictions and then the full lockdown was

implemented. I remember I was fuming at the time because for once in my life, in a long

time, I was starting to enjoy myself and most importantly enjoying the exercise I was

doing. I realized that Boxing became my passion, therefore I immediately began to

think of different ways or possibilities to continue my training whilst at home. I would

design and sketch boxing equipment (DIY) with materials I had at home.


When restrictions were lifted I was able to hit the Boxing gym and in just a month I was

feeling strong and fit, however the weight was still there, I learnt about fasting from a

friend, and how your body responds by losing weight. At the beginning it was tough but I

noticed immediate changes in my body (it was extraordinary), I was losing weight

quickly and was also feeling better both physically and mentally.


During lockdown I only managed to lose 5lbs, and once I hit the gym ad commence my

fasting program in just under 6 weeks I manage to go from 191lbs to 165lbs.This

method has been Life changing for me at the same time creating unforgettable

memories with my 20 year old twins boys feeling more healthier and stronger keeping

up with any challenge my boys would throw at me. Remember, there is only one life,

one opportunity and hard work and determination everything can be achieved..
